I. Introduction

Medical waste specifically refers to wastes with direct or indirect infectivity, toxicity and other hazards generated by various medical and health institutions in medical treatment, prevention, health care, teaching, scientific research and other related activities, such as surgical gowns, gloves, disposable syringes, disposable infusion tubes, waste paper, cotton yarn (bandages), medicine bottles, drug residues, surgical wastes, some domestic wastes and infectious wastes, etc. If it is not treated and discarded, it will pollute the living environment and bring safety hazards to people's health. II. Product Description
1.The composition of the incinerator includes:
Furnace body, primary combustion chamber, secondary combustion chamber, cyclone dust collector, chimney, flue, pipeline system, high pressure blower, secondary pressure induced draft fan, primary combustion machine, electric control cabinet, temperature display device, detection device, etc.
2. Equipment description
The medical waste incinerator developed by our companyis a kind of grate furnace, and it is also a simple andpracticalincinerator. The outer shell of the furnace body is processed and welded by steel plates, the inner part of the incineration chamber is built by refractory materials or prefabricated refractory materials, and thermal insulation materials are filled between the refractory bricks and the steel shell. The lower part of the incinerator is equipped with a fixed grate, and the feed inlet can be arranged at the upper, front or side of the incinerator.
Waste is manually put into the primary combustion chamber of the furnace body, and the primary combustion is started by automatic temperature control. According to the principle of combustion three-T (temperature, time and vortex), the waste is fully oxidized, pyrolyzed and burned in the combustion chamber of the furnace body. The flue gas generated by incineration enters the second combustion chamber, and the harmful substances in the flue gas that are not burned up are further destroyed in the second combustion chamber. In order to decomposethe unburned substances in the furnace completely and meet the emission requirements, it isnecessary to turn the material row. Meanwhile, the second combustion chamber is equipped with a burner for combustion support, and ablowerdevice is configured to ensure that the flue gas fully contacts with oxygen at high temperature, and at the same time, ensure the residence time of the flue gas in the second combustion chamber(the air supplyvolume can be adjusted according to the oxygen content of the flue gas at the outlet of the second combustion chamberto meet the combustion). The temperature in the secondary combustion chamber is controlledat about 900-1000℃. And throughcyclonedust collector to remove larger particles of dust, so that its incineration efficiency and destruction removal rate of more than 99%, so that it has no peculiar smell, no odor, smokeless effect, up to the national emission standards, and then into the chimney discharged into the atmosphere. Burnt ash falls into ash pits below grates and is scraped out manually. Thermocouples and combustion burners are installed on the side walls of the incinerator, which can safely and easily controlthe startup, shutdown and heat value of the incinerator. In this way,the incineration, sterilization and disinfection of medical waste can be safely and thoroughly realized.
3. Exhaust gas treatment device
The medical waste incinerator researched by our companyis equipped with heat recovery system and tail gas treatment system, which constitutes a reliable flue gas treatment system without secondary pollution.
1)cooling hot air by heat exchange, and the hot water after exchange can be used for heating to realize multi-stage utilization of energy;
2)Spray dry flue gas desulfurization is adopted for desulfurization device. The process uses atomized lime slurry to contact flue gas in spray drying tower, lime slurry reacts with SO2to form a dry solid reactant, which is collected by dust collector together with fly ash. Stainless steel ceramic spraying device can well cause high temperature corrosion, increase the service life of the device;
3)cyclone dust collector is adopted

The refractory material is integrally cast, which is not easy to fall off and corrode.

V.Safety indicators:
1. Before stopping operation, the device has a detection of the combustion chamber cooling program, so that when the combustion chamber temperature drops to the set temperature, the incinerator stops all operations.
2. There is a connection protection device between the control cabinet and each control equipment to avoid leakage. When the relative humidity is 85%, the insulation resistance of the electrical circuit is not less than 24MΩ, and there is a succession ground to transmit leakage power.
